Pay POA Fine Online

Option #2
If you are not looking to dispute the Charge issued, you may proceed with a plea of guilt and provide submissions to penalty. This is a pre-scheduled audio Court proceeding that will take place by telephone. A Justice of the Peace will register a conviction to the original Charge and may reduce the set fine and total payable and/or provide an extension of time to pay the fine. All convictions are registered with the Ministry of Transportation and demerit points are applied accordingly. If you wish to proceed with this option, you must contact the Provincial Offences Office by telephone at (705) 541-7334 to schedule the date/time for the pre-scheduled audio Court proceeding.

Option #3
If you wish to dispute the Charge issued, you may request a Trial by filling in the Notice of Intention under Option 3 on the back of your ticket. If you no longer have your copy of the ticket, replacement documents may be obtained from the Provincial Offences Office. Documents must be submitted in person to the Provincial Offences Office or electronically to poaoffice@cityssm.on.ca. All requests must be submitted within 45 days of the Offence Date. Once your request has been submitted, a Trial date will be set and you will have an opportunity to have resolution discussions with the Prosecutor in advance of the Trial date.
