The appropriate form is available in the Clerk's Department, Level 4, Civic Centre. A $100 fee (cash or certified cheque) must be submitted with the completed Nomination Form for all offices except Mayor. The nomination fee for the office of Mayor is $200.
Le formulaire approprié est disponible dans le service du Commis de Ville, quatrième étage, Centre Municipal. Un honoraire de cent dollars (en espèces ou chèque certifié) doit être soumis avec le formulaire de nomination complet pour tout les bureaux à l’exception de celui de la maire. L’honoraire pour le bureau de maire est $200.
