Roll-out carts and winter conditions

The City’s Public Works and Engineering Services Department would like to remind residents that roll-out carts are not to be placed at curbside until the day of your scheduled collection. Roll-out carts must be placed at curbside, not on the street, or obstructing sidewalks and laneways. Carts must also be removed from curbside by 7 p.m. the day of collection. This will greatly assist in providing efficient winter snow plowing and waste management operations.
