Building Division Annual Open House

The Building Division would like to invite you to our Annual Open House on Thursday November 16, 2023, from 9 to 10 a.m.
You will have 2 ways to attend the meeting,
1- In Person at the Civic Centre (99 Foster Drive) in the Thompson Room.
2- Via Zoom – Link will be sent closer to the event.
For individuals who wish to attend the presentation for the new fee schedule prior to approval by City Council, this open house will provide information on the following:
1. The annual 2022 fee report showing costs of operations relating to permit issuance and building code enforcement.
2. The proposed new fee.
3. The rationale for the fee increase.
