Call for nominations for Catherine Meincke Accessibility Award

The Sault Ste. Marie Accessibility Advisory Committee is pleased to announce that nominations are now being accepted for the 2019 Catherine Meincke Accessibility Award. This award recognizes exceptional individuals, groups, service providers or businesses who meet and exceed the required level of accessibility standards.
Catherine Meincke, prior to her passing in 2011, was a member of the
Sault Ste. Marie Accessibility Advisory Committee. She worked tirelessly within the community to champion accessibility standards. The award is presented in her honour to recognize her years of dedication to people with disabilities.
The deadline for nominations is November 22, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. To submit a nomination, visit
